Consistent marketing does not require publishing every day or building a complicated campaign. A small number of personal touches can help you stay familiar and useful to past clients. The key is to make each contact relevant to the person receiving it.

Week 1: Reconnect personally

Choose five to ten past clients and send a short note that sounds like you. Mention something you remember about them or their home. Ask how things are going, with no immediate pitch. Add a reminder for the next appropriate follow-up.

Week 2: Share something useful nearby

Send one local update people can use: a neighborhood event, a seasonal home-maintenance reminder, a new business opening, or a concise market snapshot. Explain what the information means in plain language and link to the original source when you quote a statistic.

Week 3: Make one helpful offer

Offer a home-value conversation, a vendor introduction, or a quick answer to a question about the area. Make the offer optional and specific. A simple “Would it be useful if I sent you a current range?” is easier to answer than a broad request to meet.

Week 4: Close the loop

Thank anyone who replied, complete promised follow-up, and note what people asked about. Use those questions to plan next month’s content.

A repeatable weekly rhythm

Keep it human: Use automation to remind you to follow up, not to make a mass message look personal. The conversation is the point.
